Where are our clothes produced?

The clothes are and will all be produced around us, in Europe. Today our main partner is in Spain.

Where do the fabrics used come from?

Our fabrics are produced in 3 countries: Italy mainly, but also France and Spain. The origin of the fabrics is mentioned in the product sheets.

How are our products sustainable?

They are manufactured locally, in small series (on order / pre-order / limited stock).

They are designed to last a long time.

Our suppliers do not overproduce by working as quickly as possible, they take the time to make quality clothing.

The fabrics are made in Europe and close to the manufacturing locations. We therefore limit transport.

We use recycled fabrics whenever possible.

There is no single-use plastic in our packaging, and the cardboard used is recycled and recyclable.

Why aren't all fabrics recycled?

We want to offer the best quality-price-sustainability ratio, and sometimes recycled fabrics are not the right option.

Several possibilities, it is possible that the desired fabrics do not have recycled equivalents, this concerns very technical fabrics (reflective fabrics, waterproof fabrics, very fine fabrics, etc.). Or, the quality of the product may be degraded in its lifespan, in its form, in its technicality. Or sometimes the cost price would be too high, and this would degrade the quality-price-durability compromise.

But in all cases your product will be produced in a sustainable and local way, even if the fabric is not recycled you are doing good for the planet.

How to maintain Owlin clothing?

Our clothes are designed to withstand any test, but to guarantee their longevity, some maintenance rules must be respected.

Washing :

Close the zippers

Wash at 30°C maximum

Put your clothes inside out

Light spin

Avoid using fabric softener

Use a gentle detergent

Quickly hang clothes after the machine finishes



Drying:

No dryer

Avoid drying your outfits in direct sunlight.

Ban ironing



Storage:

Avoid storing clothes in a damp place, prefer a dry and ventilated cupboard.

Payment, delivery and return

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days to change your mind and return your product to us free of charge after receipt. You can either exchange your product for another size or get a refund.

To benefit from a return or refund, the product must be new, unworn, labeled and in its original packaging.

How do I return and get a refund for an item?

What are the payment methods?

You can use your credit card through our payment provider shopifiy or paypal.

What are the delivery times ?

Delivery times vary depending on whether you order in stock or pre-order.

For deliveries from stock, our items are shipped within 2 working days.

For pre-orders, an approximate delivery date will be announced when ordering, you will then be kept informed of news concerning the production of your items. We will do everything we can to deliver to you as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by our subcontractors.

Owlin is not responsible for the disappearance of packages after deposit recorded by the carrier.
