General Terms and Conditions of Sale
PREAMBLE

The Owlin brand is a trademark that has been registered with the BOPI N° 19/27 Vol.I on July 5, 2019. The brand is operated by SAS Owl Sport, with a share capital of €3000.

OBJECT

For any order placed on the website www.owlin.cc, a sales contract is concluded, which will be governed by the General Conditions listed below.

These are applicable to all sales made on the website www.owlin.cc and concluded between the company Owl Sport, hereinafter referred to as "Owlin," and any individual wishing to make a purchase via the website www.owlin.cc, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer." The latter fully and entirely adheres to these general conditions when placing an order on the site. Owlin reserves the right to modify its sales conditions at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.

SALES CONDITIONS AND ORDERS

The buyer must be at least 16 years old to purchase products on www.owlin.cc. They can only order from this store if they are a consumer and not a reseller. They guarantee that the information provided to Owlin at the time of the order is accurate and complete.

Any information given on the site www.owlin.cc is for informational purposes only. Owlin.cc reserves the right, at any time, to verify an order and possibly refuse it without liability. The order will be considered refused if it is not confirmed within ten business days.

All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse an order if, for example:

- Products presented on the website are not available;
- If we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment;
- If delivery restrictions apply to a product.

Once the order is placed, we will send an order confirmation email with the order number, details of the products ordered, and delivery information.

To place an order, the buyer must have an email address. It may be necessary to set their browser to accept both functional cookies and pop-ups to use all the features of the www.owlin.cc site, including adding items to their cart and making a purchase.

PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order on the www.owlin.cc site, the buyer must:

- Enter their email address and delivery information
- Validate the contents of their order after checking it
- Make the payment under the conditions provided
- Confirm their order and payment.

The confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, the acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them, and the renunciation of availing oneself of one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. The confirmation will serve as a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

ORDER CANCELLATION

As your order is processed upon receipt, it is not guaranteed that we can cancel it.

QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS

The photos of items on the www.owlin.cc site provide information as faithful to reality as possible. However, display technologies or other technical reasons may cause slight nuances in color or material appearance compared to the products. Owlin cannot be held responsible for these observed differences.

We draw your attention to the washing and maintenance instructions on the product labels, as well as on the dedicated page. Owlin cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper treatment of products or treatment not in accordance with these instructions.

LEGAL WARRANTIES

All items offered by www.owlin.cc are subject to the legal warranty provided by articles L221-1 and following of the Consumer Code and the warranty against hidden defects provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
The customer has two (2) years to invoke one or the other of these guarantees.
For non-conformity, the period starts from the delivery.
For hidden defects, the period starts from the discovery of the defect.
If the apparent defect, non-conformity, or hidden defect of the item, declared by the customer, if applicable, is verified after expertise, Owlin undertakes to reimburse the customer no later than fourteen (14) days.

Any return request for a defect must be previously validated by the customer service via the sending of photos of the raised problem. If the observed defect is validated by customer service, a return label will be provided to the customer to return the product. The product will be exchanged within the limits of available stocks. Failing this, the product will be refunded to the customer. Any item returned without prior validation by customer service will be considered as damaged by the customer and will not be refunded.

Owlin cannot, however, be held responsible for the misuse and/or intensive use of the items that the customer might make.
