The catalog

Why collaborate with Owlin?

1️⃣: No more headaches of order management

The Owlin team provides you with an order form to send to your group. Each group chooses their products, sizes, and quantities; all you have to do is review the quote.

2️⃣: No minimum quantity

Order and restock from 1 piece!

As part of a global order (over €5,000), each product (excluding accessories) can be ordered individually at no extra cost.

For orders under €5,000, the minimum order quantity is 2 pieces per item. Otherwise, a 30% surcharge will apply.

In summary: no minimum order.

Total number of pieces in the order:
- More than 30 items: catalog price
- From 1 to 9 items: +50% on the catalog price
- From 10 to 29 items: +30% on the catalog price

3️⃣: Fast execution

Receive your designs within 7 days and your order within 6 to 8 weeks after order validation.

4️⃣: Bordering confection

In addition to the ecological and social aspect which is essential, this allows us to be responsive, to receive orders quickly and to restock individually.

5️⃣: A complete and quality catalog

Our products are carefully manufactured, using quality materials to combine comfort, durability and performance.

Steps to order:

    Contact us to initiate the ordering process, obtain additional information, or receive a quote.

  • 2. Validation of the quote

    Once the quote is accepted, we request a deposit and then begin working on the design. You can request our dressing room to try on our products.

  • 3. Design

    We design your product based on your ideas, logos, sketches.

  • 4. Validation and invoicing

    Validate the BAT (3D design of your outfit) and pay the invoice.

  • 5. Reception

    Receive your outfits within 6-8 weeks.

Co-management of the order:
We assist you in managing your order. We create a form to fill out online and share with licensees to gather their needs.

Changing room :
A changing room is available upon dispatch to discover and try on the clothes.
Shipping costs to be paid by the buyer.
Deposit: €500

Model / design:

  • Free for orders over 100 pieces
  • €100 for orders of less than 99 pieces in total
  • 200€ if the order is not completed

To facilitate model proposals, it is preferable to provide a sketch and/or colors to be respected.
It is essential to provide the logos in vector format and indicate their locations on the outfit.

No minimum order:

  • You can order from one piece
  • Total number of pieces in the order:

Restocking:
Restocking possible per unit, at the initial order price.

Delivery :
Indicative delivery within 6 to 8 weeks after invoicing.
Delivery costs: €50

Payment :
Payment is made after signing the purchase order and initiates the manufacturing process.
Cash payment or deposit upon order, on a case-by-case basis.
